We provide our own Plot & Site plans; As- Built Floor Plans; Plumbing and Grease Interceptors plans ; Mechanical Hood plans. Finish, Door, and Equipment Schedules. We provide full plan checks and approvals to the County or local Environmental Health Department, the local Building and Safety dept., the local Industrial Waste Dept., the local Fire department, Disabled Access Plan check, the Planning Department; the Bureau of Engineering; DOT; the State Health Department and the USDA.
We also provide consulting and on-site evaluations for all of our projects throughout construction, up until the facility is approved to operate.

BAR DESIGN & PERMITTING
Let us design and permit your Bar or Nightclub and provide the necessary entitlements for your operation. We will design the Bar or Bars in your facility, and all the support areas required for the operation. We do full plan checks with the County Environmental Health Departments and the local Building & Safety Departments. We also provide all necessary entitlements on the property that is required for your operation. This includes; Conditional Use Permits, Variances, Dance and Live Entertainment Permits, Fire Department etc.,

BEER & WINE LICENSING
We have an amazing track record for obtaining alcohol licensees and permits for all types of businesses throughout all southern California area.
The majority of our work is in the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles area. We provide all types of Off-Sale and On-Sale types of license applications to the State ABC at all of their State offices. We provide Planning Dept. approval and support for Conditional Use Permits for all types of uses, including restaurants, markets, schools, churches, auto-body paint-shops, residential, etc. In the City of Los Angeles, an alcohol request is known as a Conditional Use Beverage or (CUB). We provide full exhibits for application submittal including the required radius maps, the plot and site plan, the required floor plan(s), the property ownership and occupant lists. Photographs, preparation of the findings, digital copies of all exhibits, full representation to the Neighborhood Council(s), the local Councilman's office, the local Police Dept. and full representation at the public hearing.
We also provide assistance with the effectuation of the conditions, post the public hearing if the project should be approved. We have a 98% approval rating for the cases that we file.
