Administrative Use Permit's (AP's). We also provide preparation of all pertaing applications to the State Department of ABC.
OUR TEAM
Mr. Patrick E. Panzarello has retired and his right hand man, Ted Moreno has taken over.. We specialize in Food Facility Plans to the County Health Dept. and local Building & Safety Dept.'s throughout Southern California. Mr. Panzarello also provides full consulting and representation for both commercial and residential properties for Conditional Use Permits and Zoning Variances that may be required. We specialize in obtaining Alcohol License's for various types of uses. This includes representation to the State Dept. of ABC; the local Neighborhood Council; the Local Councilman's Office; the local Police Dept.; and full representation at the Public Hearing.
New Owner Ted Moreno has over ten years of Expediting experience obtaining plan approvals from agencies throughout Southern California. Mr. Moreno is also a trained draftsman and draws all of his own plans for the projects he is presenting.
